According to vpfree2.com their best game is 99.11 DB and the highest limit is $1.
I wonder how bad their pay tables are in the high limit room.

I'm not sure what you mean. If you lose the 1k they give you $500 in free play that day and another $500 on the 3rd day of the next month. You have up to a year to collect the second $500.
Your return on the free play would depend on the game you choose and how you run.
It is almost identical to the Trop's promo that Druff blogged about.

For anyone who cares, they have already changed the promo by excluding some machines. It isnt nearly as good now.
I copy and pasted the text below from a post on 4.
I went last night with the crew. I hit my stop win, so cashed out up and didn't partake in the promotion fully. My friends who did were able to mash a $10/spin and a $25/spin Wheel of Fortune machines with IGT's $1.5M progressive.
It is important to note that machines that pay an "in-house" progressive are ineligible. It says this on the sign. For those of you less familiar with progressives in this town, casinos have their own progressives, and major gaming companies that have machines around town (and the state) have their own that they pay directly. So the person who hits the now $1.54M+ Wheel of Fortune progressive in the high limit room gets paid directly from IGT, not the Riviera.
The machines that are eligible for the promotion (and the eligibility requirements go both ways) are clearly labeled now. That is if the machine is good for what we'll call stage one of the promotion (losing), it's also good for stage two (cycling through the free play).
To clear the first 50% of the free play, they played 25 cent 9/5 DDB VP with a royal flush progressive. $100 in cleared free play yielded about $63. $500 in cleared free play yielded about $370. They will go back on the 3rd to get the remaining (2nd half) free play balance.
You earn comps in both stages of the promotion. Comps at the riviera are sad because you are limited to what you can use them for, and they must be redeemed in $5 increments. So, $3 in comps is worthless until it becomes $5, and $9 in comps is only worth $5 until it becomes $10. Earning 1k points in the first day, which is easy to do if you get to stage two, earns you a free buffet.
We ran under EV when clearing the FP bonus having not hit anything higher than a full house on two machines over a combined total 480 hands.
Would I recommend this promotion as a positive equity move? It's close. I think if the comp system was more reasonable, it would be easier to answer yes. Like it has been mentioned before, the value in these promotions is mashing the high limit machines, giving non slot degens (lol) a chance to nearly free roll a $1k bankroll at $10 or $25 / spin. You set a stop win - I don't know if there's an optimal number, but we decided 150% or a $500 on $1,000.
Since high limit VP machines are ineligible, high limit slots are a good way to complete stage one. Only slots with in house progressives (VP royals excluded) are ineligible. Slots with progressives not paid by the Riviera, IGT machines like Wheel of Fortune for example, are OK. Low limit (but max credit of course) VP is a good way to clear the free play. According to Wizard of Odds, 9/5 DDB has a 97.87% payback percentage without the royal flush progressive. The quarter progressive when I was there was over $1,100. A royal on quarters (again talking about 9/5 DDB) normally pays $1k. As the royal progressive gets higher, the house advantage decreases.

Unfortunately, to get this offer you actually have to go inside the Riviera which makes it 50/50 that you contract some kind of disease.
Pretty sure you get super aids from just touching the door handle there.
Just binked a $2650 hand pay on Kitty Glitter. Idk how to post the pic here so check my twitter if you want to see it. $1925 profit!

Excellent!
I will be stopping by soon to play this, as well.
Is video poker completely disabled from this promotion?
Sucks that they don't allow you to play high limit machines.
Here is your Kitty Glitter pic:
And yeah, that machine looks pretty damn gay.
All multi line vp and any single line vp over $1 is disqualified. The only thing vp is good for now is clearing the free play.
Thx for posting the pic.
A word of warning. If you are lucky enough to hit like I did, after they pay you and do the paperwork they will ask you to clear the machine like it is formality. DO NOT DO THIS! They cannot make you place a wager. I was so distracted between being on the phone and just being excited that I just snap followed directions.
My brain fart cost me $150.

If you want to take advantage of this promo, do it now. It is getting worse by the day and probably will be gone soon. Im pretty sure they disqualified the machine I played and the 3 others like it soon after I hit it.
I copied this post by Michael Schakelford from his site wizardofvegas.com
Today I met up with my brother in law at the Riv to advise him on doing this promotion.
Somebody else wrote about high-denom games being restricted. I can confirm this. There are stickers on most machines in and near the high limit room that say that the machine is not eligible for the promotion. What few $5+ machines don't have the sticker I think are meant to. There were a few cases of identical machines next to each other, one with and one without the sticker. I suspect players are removing them.
I advised my brother in law, as I would advise anybody, to not take any chances, and stay away from $5+ games. There are lots of video slots with variable denominations up to 5 cents. I couldn't find any eligible machines higher. So I advised him to play a 5-cent 10-coin 40-line Coyote Moon game near the English pub. This would be a total bet of $0.05*10*40=$20 a spin. This is also a good game to choose because it has stacked wilds, resulting in a volatile game, and for this promotion volatility is good.
With this game I would set a lower win point that I previously advised for high-denom games. I had in my head about $500, but was pretty much going on feel. On the second $100 bill he hit the bonus, which re-triggered twice, including one spin with mostly wilds in the first three reels. To make a long story short, it was a good bonus paying about 40x the amount bet. After it was over he had $870 in credits, less the $200 put into the machine, for a $670 profit. I thought that was a good walking point, so advised him to cash out and take off, which he did.
So, we continue to see a deterioration in the rules. While watered down, it is still definitely worth doing. I would do so while you can, before they add further restrictions or just nix the whole thing.

Yeah, this sounds like it's going to get pretty tedious to do if they are eliminating more and more high limit machines.
Fergie, what were the limits on that Kitty machine. How much per spin?
It was $150 a spin. There were a few others that maxed out at $200 a pop but I wanted a couple extra pulls so I went with the kitties.
