This has been a rule since I have opened the site. I have relaxed it a bit in recent times, allowing clearly labeled Spoiler tags, but in the past 2 days, that has been ignored and there have been hardcore gay porn pics posted by a few people here.
I understand that you guys for the most part were just doing it to mess with uptight 2+2 people, but I really don't want that stuff here, regardless of the reason.
It is important to me that people are able to browse this site at work and in mixed company, without having to worry about offensive images popping up on the screen. One frequent complaint I heard about DD was, "I really want to browse the site, but I'm afraid to click on any thread at work or with my kids around, so I just don't bother with it at all."
I don't want that to happen here.
Up until now, I was just putting spoiler tags where people failed to do so, and didn't warn or restrict anyone.
However, in the future, I will have to disable the picture-posting ability of anyone who continues to violate this rule, even if done out of fun or as a joke.
In short, here is how I feel about nudity/porn on this site:
- Partial nudity: Put clear spoiler tag, so people know what they are clicking
- Nude pictures (non-pornography): Put clear spoiler tag, so people know what they are clicking
- Porn: Not allowed at all
