From 1999 to roughly 2003 I was a huge huge fan of this guy. I had kind of liked rap prior to that, but didn't realize it could be done at such a high level. This was the first artist that compelled me to get on Napster/Limewire and seek out everything he had ever recorded. Anyway, I'm prefacing with all that because I'm not really a fan of Rap God. In fact, I've been pretty disappointed with most of Eminem's shit since Encore. I kind of chuckled when you asked if I could keep up. Why, because he's rapping fast in some sections? Sure, I can do that. That's not such a big deal.

Actually, I take this back. Though the density of killer tracks was never quite the same, there are quite a few since that time that I really enjoy. The Warning and When I'm Gone come to mind. Several others that I can't think of now. FWIW he is still my favorite rapper.

Fwiw I thought it was a decent interview by him. Probably wouldn't have done it if he wasn't pimping his site but he was actually pretty talkative
