Change the title to "Steve Wynn Comes Out Of The Closet" and this thread may have been surprising...maybe.

What is interesting about this is Wynn Interactive is developing online gaming.

So it appears he may be saying one thing and doing something totally different.

Would be interesting to see what the Feds would tax it at. You think the rake is hard to beat try beating 35 percent tax.

Funny considering he was in bed with Isai Sheinberg 2 weeks prior to Black Friday with the deal between Pokerstars and Wynn (to match the Station/FTP deal) which to this day Im conviced was the real impetus for Black Friday..

Heres the link from the blurb from March 31, 2011 literally 2 weeks before Black Friday.. Coincidence my ass.. Ceaser's shit a brick and called up that asshat dirty shit Harry Reid who went to Obama to Holder to Preet

I'm guessing they'd give you a form every year like brick and mortar casinos do.

Who wants to pay taxes on low limit winnings though. That's the whole beauty of grinding 1/2 and 2/5 games here in Vegas or any city that has casinos. I like to go book daily goal per day win by playing against idiots and don't have to pay any taxes on it. I don't bother with playing online cash legally here in Vegas because why would I want to be on the hook for it? It's obvious that if it's taxed by the Feds it's coming out right then and there when you cash out because they would never let you pay it off at the end of the year. I don't believe the Feds would say there's a maximum you can win and not have it taxed, if You cash out 500 from an online site they will tax it. You can write off your loses to not have to owe additional tax but it's not like you're getting a refund on your tax return you just wouldn't owe additional taxes at the end of the year. I'm in favor of online poker for tournaments with the possibility of binking a big score but if you're goal is to just grind some little wins then playing legal online poker and paying tax on it is -ev IMO.

Here's a shitty thing about playing online as well when it comes to taxes. Let's say you deposit 1000 bucks online and run it up to 10k. You cash out 5k and pay your tax on it when you cash out. You lose your balance and want to write it off. How much are they going to let you write off? I'm guessing none
