As some of you might have guessed, I was on a long vacation. That was the reason for the radio hiatus, and also the reason for my very light activity (and moderation) of the forum.
While I am glad that there were no major incidents here (I was checking the forum every day for at least a few minutes), I was disappointed to find a scat-porn thread (supposedly in protest to the lack of moderation here), as well as some other things that I asked people not to do while I was gone. I am not going to ban, suspend, or restrict anyone, but please understand that I cannot be here 365 days per year, and that when the forum seems to plunge into semi-anarchy, it's because I'm unavailable to actively moderate. It's not a sign of not caring about the site.
I might appoint some temporary mods next time I leave, but I really would prefer not to have to do that.
I don't make any money from this site. Please respect the time I put into it by following the few rules I've set forth, even during times I'm not around to do anything about it. Thanks.
For those of you that are wondering, I went to New Orleans, Mississippi, and also took a 7-day cruise to Mexico/Belize/Honduras. This trip was paid about half by Caesar's and half by me. I'll post more about it later, if anyone cares.
