Despite my trips to the SE part of the US over the years, I have never seen one, but it appears to be a chain restaurant, similar to HOOTERS, with locations all over the US (usually 1-3 locations in many states) except for the SE, where they are mostly located. They arent really around the NW.

They are all over florida and someone thought to put one here in Shelby Twp, MI. It's like a fake pub, kind of like Rosie o' Grady's.
