I do these trades all the time with first time posters via paypal but my one golden rule is I must always be the one to send first so unfortunately I can't help you out since your wanting to send to me first.

Why are you trying to do paypal on a site that refunds your fee on a MG deposit of anything $100 and up? Do you have a bank account with a debit card you can do that online or just contact them by live support and go pay in person at place that does MG?
Bc I already have money on paypal and I dont want it to go to waste. plus nearest town for me is like 30 mins or so
