Don't Forget. There's UFC Brisbane Tonight

It's in Australia starting at 9AM(?) Saturday local time so it will air Friday night in North America. Odd time for an event so I guess we'll get to see who's not really awake before they get put to sleep. Undercard starts @ 6 PM EST

Looks like a pretty decent card IMO:

Main card (Fox Sports 1 at 9 p.m. ET)
    Mark Hunt vs. Antonio Silva
Shogun Rua vs. James Te Huna
    Ryan Bader vs. Anthony Perosh
    Pat Barry vs. Soa Palelei
    Dylan Andrews vs. Clint Hester

Undercard (FOX Sports 2 at 7 p.m. ET)
    Julie Kedzie vs. Bethe Correia
    Takeya Mizugaki vs. Nam Phan
    Nick Ring vs. Caio Magalhaes
    Richie Vaculik vs. Justin Scoggins

Undercard (Watch live here at 6 p.m. ET)
    Bruno Santos vs. Krzysztof Jotko
    Ben Wall vs. Alex Garcia

My picks are bolded but wouldn't be surprised if Silva submits Hunt although Hunt's defence has improved so much that I'm going with him for a big KOTN.

BTW, Canadian Mitch Gagnon was scheduled to fight Alex "Bruce Leroy" Caceres but was pulled due to visa problem & will be re-scheduled for a later date maybe even the Dec 28th card.

If most of them people are on North American time it wouldn't be too weird for them to have an early fight in Australia.

    James Te Huna -125

Soa Palelei +130 (Worried about this one. Basically everyone with an opinion I respect is against it)

    Clint Hester +125

    Justin Scoggins -170

Soa really gassed in his debut. They claimed he broke a rib so......

I don't expect that fight to see a 2nd round anyways.

Its going to be really fucking depressing and awkward if Pat Barry loses.

Ring has to be cut after that disgraceful performance. He gasses so quickly & carries his hands so low.

    BTW, I'm 3-1 so far.

He's definitely using that right hand sparingly. He either hurt it, or he's just scared to throw it because of the left hook that he keeps getting plastered with.

He's been favoring it since like the 2nd minute of round one. It fucks with me when the commentators don't mention something that seems amazingly obvious and out of the ordinary. Like, how can they not see it and mention it?

His corner asked him after the first round if he was okay & he never said a word then used his right hand to take a drink so I'm not sure he was that badly hurt. He did seem to hesitate throwing it for sure but it might have been because of the counters.

I might have been right about the FOTN but not a Phan win. lol

FYI for people who need it online free in full hd directly from UFC, I'm watching it using the same process as ufc 167

    It's in the 'secret' forum.

They mentioned on the online stream it was on Fox Sports 2 to start.

Also note you're not missing anything. I wish they black-screened this lady fight.
