I just requested a cashout from Bovada, this is the email i got.

We understand your concern that this is regarding your Bovada account.

Please be advised that in order for you to request a payout from your account, kindly create a new account using a new email address and upon creating the account please resubmit your photo ID to verify your account so we can consolidate or transfer the funds from your old account to the new account you will create.

You may send your documents to verification@bovada.lv or fax it to 1-888-743-2269. Ensure that the copies are attached on JPEG or PDF format. In case that you'll send it via fax, make sure that the copies are on light setting.

Once received, all the documents will be forwarded to our provider for them to start the verification process. After completing this, you will be properly notified within 24 to 48 hours.

We appreciate your patience and understanding on this matter.

I'm not sure why they would request this of you to create a new one but the verification stuff is standard.

I finally made a new acct, and they transferred the money, and tried to stiff me on my points (about 400). After about a 10 minute conversation they gave me 3 $10 tourney coupons. I was satisfied with that.

I recently requested a check from bovada and had it in my hands in 17 days. The bank put a ten day hold on it due to it being foreign but I waited it out and withdrew the money and a month+ later everything is still kosher.

However their rakeback/points system is fucking horrible and I will be depositing on Intertops as soon as I can. Seriously it's like 5% rakeback or some shit. The softness of the games does make up for it somewhat, there is great value in a lot of their games but still.....throw me a fucking bone here man.
