I just requested a cashout from Bovada, this is the email i got.

We understand your concern that this is regarding your Bovada account.
Please be advised that in order for you to request a payout from your account, kindly create a new account using a new email address and upon creating the account please resubmit your photo ID to verify your account so we can consolidate or transfer the funds from your old account to the new account you will create.
You may send your documents to verification@bovada.lv or fax it to 1-888-743-2269. Ensure that the copies are attached on JPEG or PDF format. In case that you'll send it via fax, make sure that the copies are on light setting.
Once received, all the documents will be forwarded to our provider for them to start the verification process. After completing this, you will be properly notified within 24 to 48 hours.
We appreciate your patience and understanding on this matter.
