You should write a book with all the stories you have
And how do you think your life would have changed if you had won?
Tough break Tiger as you'd sure be on Easy Street today.
As it played out, you were mercifully spared a great deal of heartache. But I'm curious, which would have crushed you more:
A. Sheffield gets the cycle, but you miss your shot.
B. You get your shot, but Sheffield is denied with the HBP.
I liked it. Good read.
Todd Witteles also won the lottery but failed to claim it!

I thought about this more and started focusing more on luck.
And not so much for $$$.
Good luck for me has been managing to get into a bunker seconds before a B-52 dropped a errant 750 pound bomb within 200 yards of the perimiter. Hopping a frieght train and then slipping but holding on only to be within inches of it's wheels. Still here though. Taking down a man in the ring when a 20-1 underdog. Hiding in a closet of a woman when her husband came home and then leaving after he left. Managing even at 55 to beat up 2 robbers who tried to roll me for $$$ outside The Commerce Casino. Hey I could prolly even remember more. And it sounds to me like I've already used up more the half of my 9 lives.
But the thing in life is most people tend to focus on their bad luck forgetting the good luck.
So with that try to remember the good luck you've had.
