Interesting software.
You upload your hand histories, it analyzes everything, and then gives you both recommendations, a "score" for each hand, and an overall score for your play.
Here are some screen shots:
In the latter pic, the software did not like the player's call with JTs in the SB to a cutoff raise. It suggested 3-betting 85% of the time and calling 15% of the time. However, the software also noted that folding only cost the player 2% of big blind equity, so it's a minor mistake. (That is, if you're playing $1/$2, it estimates that the mistake would cost you 4 cents each time on average.)
It claims to have learned the proper strategy using a neural network where the system played itself and learned perfect game theory. This is also how the Heads Up Limit Holdem Bot, seen in casinos around the US, was also built.
This software only handles NL Cash, and has various limitations. It only suggests 3 bet sizes (0.5 pot, pot, and 2x pot), and it does not allow you to actually play against its bots, nor does it allow you to take any quizzes regarding what you've learned. The latter features are expected to be different software packages. The bet size problem is actually just a bonehead omission on the part of the software designers.
It is unclear how helpful this software really is -- and how right its suggestions are. I am especially skeptical that it can use one-size-fits-all suggestions for all limits. For example, I have found certain strategies absolutely kill low limit NL games where the player suck, but work TERRIBLY against experienced players. I doubt PokerSnowie takes that into account.
If you are interested, you can go to pokersnowie.com. It's subscription based -- not a one-time buy, so beware it will cost a lot, though I think it has a trial.
