This is actually pretty funny, and it's legal in the US.
You get 25 cents to play with every 24 hours (if your account is down to zero).
If you can run up that 25 cents to $50, you can cash out -- kind of.
Your cashout is at half value, meaning $50 is really $25.
Supposedly they will eventually offer an option where you can subscribe for a monthly fee and get the full $50.
Good luck with that.
This looks like a fail business model, as the monthly subscription (not rolled out yet) is the only way it can make money.
Right now it supports itself on ads (again LOL).
It also has bots playing in order to fill seats, but the owner says that the bots "are not very good" (again LOL). The bots will be withdrawn when the site takes off and gets more players (if that ever happens).
Looks like a big waste of time to me, but might be worth doing if you're playing play money games, anyway.
