Minny -111
I’m offended.
Can someone look at Minny for me and explain why I’m not auto betting this again? Daly?
I already took a small piece but should I take more?
The home/road splits aren’t good and tomorrow it’s home. Minneapolis before June has just gotta suck. Is that it?
My Sunday Daly Twins vitamins:
Tablet - Baseball - MLB - 966 Minnesota Twins -1½ -155 for Game W
Tablet - Baseball - MLB - 966 Minnesota Twins -245 for Game W
Mobile - Baseball - MLB - 966 Chicago White Sox/Minnesota Twins under 6 -120 for 1st 5 Innings W
Saturday
Tablet - Baseball - MLB - 914 Minnesota Twins -230 for Game W
They are all bargains. Frigging Monster
Public is in now.
I don’t think you can bet against them at this point but i don’t have to back a team that’s sending out Pineda.
My guess is the twinkies don’t finish the year anywhere near a 112 win team so regression is going to come. I hope they keep Perez priced cheap.
Nothing would be more painful than seeing Pineda give up more dingers. Stanley Steemer charges a lot to get beer out of carpet.
Gio Gonzalez has given up only 1HR this year. Only 27 innings but still.. see how pitching to contact works out for him.
I got my token bet. I’ll pass on more. Just thought I’d check in.
Edit:
I noted your comment re: regression. Okay
Somebody here said, “who saw the Twins coming?” Actually, a lot of people saw success. Certainly not to this degree. Taking the Twins over 84.5 wins (my memory) was the popular and public pick. I did too.
The Twins cleaned fucking house after dealing Ryan Pressly to the Astros - where he was fucking lights out after some tweaks.
Do you know about Pitching “Trackman”?
I haven’t read it but here’s something.
https://www.si.com/mlb/2019/03/28/te...tronic-rapsodo
It really is a mind blowing leap in training. Twins got radical in their choice of tools and coaching and it’s paid off. There are teams that are Cro-magnon. Maybe the difference is real.
I guess what I am suggesting is that you dive deep into Twins backstory to fully enjoy what you are watching and maybe betting.
As a side note. When thinking about Trackman, consider the difference in opportunity between kids who want to pitch - kids who have access to these tools ($) and those who don’t.
Baseball pitching is gonna be an elitist thing like tennis for middle and high school kids.

SD (Straham) at Yankees (C. Green) - Under 10 -110
Not quite as last minute (starting 11:10am PT):
White Sox (Nova) -1.5 +165 vs. Kansas City (Bailey) - In a battle of two bad teams with two bad pitchers, Nova has actually pitched better lately than it appears (3 solid outings out of the past 4, with one bombing), while Bailey truly seems to be back to the horrible pitcher he's been since 2015.

Minnesota (Pineda) vs. Milwaukee (G. Gonzalez) - Under 9.5 -115

Good job on the 1st inning picks, Sanlmar.
FYI the Oakland one looks like Trapper John MD situation. Cahill has looked terrible, Bassitt has looked good, and the game is in Oakland. Yet there's reverse line movement hard, and the books really want you to fire on Oakland. Almost went for the Angels for that reason alone, but at the same time, I can't bring myself to fire for the aforementioned reasons -- especially at a line like +136.
Good luck.
Yankees just cranked out 2 HR in the 2nd inning, just after the Padres scored two in the top half.
5 runs in 2 innings. Ugh.
Maybe it's time to start betting 1st innings
Here’s a fun spot for post flop play
Marlins 1
Nats 2
Nats up bottom 6
Scherzer threw 102 pitches as Nats bullpen is worse than trash.
Marlins +425 W
Marlins 3

Here's a funny stat
The Dodgers have beat the Pirates 16 out of the last 18 games they played.
The 2 games the Pirates won is when I bet Druff $500 for that weekend series and took it down.
Day late and a Dollar short on this one but I find that funny
