ACR book is VERY limited compared to 5Dimes.
On 5Dimes I believe you can still play on a skin Shark Tank which is on the Winning Poker Network and you can move money from it and back real quick. 5Dimes has several ways of depositing and cashing out. I'm not sure if they are using bitcoin but I think they were going to soon if they aren't already.
