Doesnt look too bad http://www.weather.com/weather/hourb...graph/USWV0507
could be a lot worse
Yeah, I'm sticking with 70.5 I locked in but not adding more like I was thinking about doing. With the weather it's hard to say except I think it will go either 10+ over or 10+ under.
On another note Bryant went hard in the second half to win 31-3 today after it was 3-3 at the half.
sigh why can't we have one thread per sport.
Now I have to check NCCA, NFL, whatever else and this one.
simpdog raises a good point.
I like these running sportsbetting threads, but some better organization would be helpful.
I might make official betting threads for each major sport, and then ask everyone to stop creating new threads for their own picks.

Riding all of these picks blindly...
We could have a misc. thread like this for random betting but yeah the College Football and NFL threads would be best.
The problem really isn't this thread it's that whenever a game comes up someone loves they create a lock thread for it.
Exactly!
NFL
College Football
NBA/NCAA Basketball
MLB (next year)
And then what about having just a "OFFICIAL Post Your Sports LOCKS Here" thread that is designed for key picks someone feels are good. For those who love tracking stats we could have a little competition where 1-2 locks a week no matter what sport and see where everyone is in 10 weeks,etc...
If we want to we could create a LOCK pool out of it. What I propose is anyone who wants in puts up $10 or $20 (or whatever amount not trying to shut out small timers though) with the rules being one lock minimum and two maximum per week. The person with the highest winning percentage at the end of 10 weeks wins the pool money. All escrowed through Druff of course.
One guideline I'd have is you must have made at least 15 picks total and only allowed to miss one week throughout the ten otherwise it's a slight deduction in your end totals. The reason for that rule is to throw a curve ball but most importantly keep the thread active.
Anyone who posts the same LOCK that someone else already has we can determine if it shouldn't count, if they are allowed to do that just once, or what it will be. I don't wouldn't want to shut out people who aren't regularly on the forum if they can't get here to post a lock but the same time we don't need people who just completely tail others picks trying to use them as their own Locks.
Now with all that said LOL at this TCU/WVU game. 20 early points and then nothing the rest of the half.
