I’m perfectly aware. However, maybe holiday sales for customer acquisition in the age of Hello Fresh, Door Dash and all that. It would be criminal to not jam that market. Like someone is getting fired if thet segment of their biz doesn’t grow.

Gave it all this year and just kept on coming up short. Seeing Ludwig/Mad shoot -12 today and just being too far back was a fitting end to this year. If they just played with the pack first two days. As for Matti Schmid, played well but just too far back because of the slow start to the week. He will win sometime soon. I just hope I still have enough coins to scrounge up to have on him when he wins.

Sorry for the pain for those who tailed. I think Cam Young last week was the only true garbage pick I posted this year. But if they don’t cash, they don’t cash. Don’t have to get too many across the finish line to be profitable. But you need to get a handful. Not this year.

The toughest part about golf is when you got these guys you like to win and when they come close their price keeps dropping and you feel like you’re just chasing. But then you miss guys like Valimaki winning this year and you just feel you should be auto betting at least soemthing on those guys. Dean Burmeister winning back to back on the DP tour really was the kick in the nuts for me. Just showed not much form on LIV and goes and binks back to back on the DP Tour. It’s just really tough.

What you see with a lot of LIV guys winning normal tour events is the variance in a 54 hole shotgun format. Some guys just like taking their time and feel rushed. I think that’s part of the reason it to Bryson a while to show form. Than you got guys like Gooch who do suffer with nerves during traditional events, but it’s like the LIV format moves so fast you don’t get a chance to get nervous. You don’t have to wait all day for that late tee time Sunday.

Their meat is not graded like it is in grocery stores.
Check out their website and see if they ever mention the word 'Prime" or "Choice".
Inspection of meat is a federal requirement for "wholesomeness" but oddly enough
grading of meat is not.
I don't believe that you will find ungraded meat at a grocery store or at a butcher's shop.

If you Google - Is Omahasteak's meat graded as Prime or Choice like it is in a grocery store?, the response is stated below -

"So, if you are looking for a basic grade on our steak, you won't find it, because we consider at least 5 different variables (of which marbling is one) when determining if an Omaha Steak is to become a Gourmet, Butcher's Cut™ or a Private Reserve® steak".

I’m a eat to live kinda guy. Far from a foodie. The pandemic got me in the kitchen doing more than the mere basics -like actually looking up recipes.

Apparently I’m still so apathetic about food I can’t be bothered doing the most basic google search about Omaha

I ended up not getting the steaks and did takeout BBQ instead. Maybe tomorrow.

The grocery store about 10 miles away is one of the few which does prime steaks. It's only a small percentage of the steaks they carry, so this isn't some bullshit trick where they are claiming it's prime when it's really not. I kinda suspected Costco did that, as their prime steaks tended not to be very good.

I was getting these prime steaks a bunch in 2019, then COVID happened, then I started getting them again in 2021. In 2021 the quality just wasn't there about 2-3 times in a row, so I gave up.

Tried it again a few months ago and things were good again, so I've been back a few times. Main challenge is getting a hold of someone at 9am and getting them to believe I'll be there to pick them up at 5pm-ish. They won't take payment over the phone, and the official "policy" on this doesn't really exist, so it depends who you get on the phone.

TD for Packers put them up 1 with 93s left. Missed 2 pointer, and GB swiftly got it down thanks to a 32 yard bomb, and kicked a FG on final play.

Nuggets covered by 9 but at one point in 4th it was questionable.
