Well, they got out of the 8th, but now in top 9, Yelich just greeted Kenley with a 2-strike double. Always a sweat.

    Anyone have Rich Strike today?

Daly actually had a good tip with Taiba. Was 12-1 when I looked, went off at 5-1. But didn't show. I passed, but was close to firing on it.

Tyrone Taylor singled Yelich home, making it 22 RHE, and just 1 out with a man on 1st.

Rowdy Tellez went to a 2-0 count, but struck out, and Taylor was thrown out stealing.

    Squeaked into the win.

12-1 was the morning line which doesn’t really mean much. I think most folks knew he would be far shorter than that.

It’s not terribly uncommon for there to be a little bit of variance between the official track pool odds and what the sportsbooks hang. It is uncommon for BOL to deal +700 on a otherwise +450 bet with a 100K limit. Remarkable really. Too bad we couldn’t cash it.

At least we aren’t the guy who sold the horse off for 30K a few months back..,.., ouch

I'm curious where you saw the +700.

I went to the BOL "Racebook" about 20 minutes before it went off, and it said 12-1 for Taiba. I've never used their Racebook before, but are those dynamic odds?

I did not see a hard +700 anywhere.

    Leafs/Tampa under 6.5 +102
St Louis Minny under 6.5 -110

    St Louis -112

MLB Jays -1.5 -118 ** Manoah pick. They did finally lose his last start but we'll try this train out one more time.

In honor of winning the first R+H+E bet of the year (barely), here is another.

St. Louis (Dak. Hudson) at San Francisco (Junis) - Over 25 R+H+E -120

    22mph wind blowing out

Junis has a 8.74 ERA in the minors, including HR problems. Ignore his good 10 IP in April with the Giants.

Yankees let him go 104 pitches in the year of our lord 2022 and Gerrit Cole got 9 strike outs.

When you call mom today tell her ask her for a few quid for

Will there be a score in 1st Inning - NO (COL @ ARI)
You have Marquez & Gallen pitching.

That will give you a roll for the Dodger game. You’ll need it cause we have several bets

Walker Buehler of the Los Angeles Dodgers will have over 5.5 strikeouts

Marcus Stroman of the Chicago Cubs will have over 4.5 strikeouts

Roll these two guys & their strikeouts together in a parlay @ +353.

Dodgers really ain’t hitting respectable righties (that’s enuff Dodger shade).

You are gonna package two things Druff loves - Dodgers and unders. I know, I know.

    913 Los Angeles Dodgers/Chicago Cubs under 7½ -110
both these starters are going deep and we have nice bullpens. No wind out at Wrigley.

I’m doing the Edmonton Oilers -105 regulation (60 minutes only - no overtime) vs LA Kings.
This should satisfy my trolling the city of losers for,Sunday.

Here's a pick for all you ploppies out there:

Milwaukee (Woodruff) -1.5 -105 at Cincinnati (L. Castillo)

Luis Castillo is coming off a long injury and hasn't pitched in MLB in 2022. Brandon Woodruff isn't off to his usual strong start, but he had 12 K last time out.

    The Reds are the Reds.

3-1 and a bunch of cancelled

3-2 including my RHE Druff tail. I liked the RHE

-1.5 Milwaukee isn’t straight Ploppie but the RL record supports the bet. I already had Milwaukee as a parlay piece.

Consider CWS 1st 5 in some fashion as a fade of Indians Plesac. He is trending in wrong direction. Brewers CWS parlay?

    You're right about Pleasc.

He's looked awful lately, and his velocity is down. White Sox's Kopech was an elite prospect at one point, and has great numbers thus far, but last time out wasn't so hot (he squeaked out of trouble against the lousy Cubs), and he has a 23/11 K/BB ratio. He's also never gone more than 5 IP this season.

So yeah this does kinda have a first-5 feel to it. I see on BOL it's White Sox -0.5 -135 in first 5, though I think you can do a little better elsewhere line-wise.

Might be worse firing on this, though. I see a bombing of Plesac, and honestly even if Kopech isn't great, they just gotta be up after 5 for the bet to win. I'll revisit shortly.

Then you might not want to read further. Overnight CLV on ploppie bets credits you ploppie betting dispensation.

    Milwaukee Brewers/Cincinnati Reds over 8 -125
    Reds Hunter Greene
    Reds are hitting some now
I am violating my feelings about the baseballs by betting totals here. I blame hubris. I am self aware.
    Trashy bullpen
    Consider Brewers RL

    Dodgers -1½ -135
Dodgers were all sleepy and strung out after Sunday Night Baseball. It happens. Did you see Urias get abused (squeezed) by the umpire? I felt bad and I don’t care for Urias. He was a man bottom of 6th. Props. His team mates let him down

Every Dodgers win has been by RL, I believe.
Let’s beat the Dodgers ploppies money tomorrow

Whatcha lookin at? I mean other than Sarah Palin photos from 1994.

I love that over 8 we caught overnight on the Reds/Brewers game. Very ploppie game and the 8.5 offered now doesn’t mean anything to me in terms of information.

Got a little CLV on the Dodgers run line now -145. Again, doesn’t mean anything. Neither game is sharp.

I took Braves -136 over Red Sox. Sawks Whitlock is a reliever being stretched out because Sawks staffs blows. Love me ATL Wright more. I’m the 1st 5 guy but we have to fade that wretched Sawks bullpen.

I have a big Oilers position - last leg of a chalk parlay that makes them a little more then +100 to me. They are -217 or so now. The Kings won last meeting. A loss will set me back quite a bit. We will see.
