It really does seem like Lydia is going to get a medal. If Nelly wasn’t unconscious yesterday and Lydia didn’t miss some short putts this could have been a ballgame at least. But I am beating myself up for not betting her to medal at +550. Hope she does and some people did make that bet.
Also think this will be easier for the powers to be to make this a 54 hole event if Nelly has a 5 or so stroke lead.

Brother I had this one locked up fairly ealry when the game went 5-5. Now it's 10-5, so that's overkill.
Two close ones though. Minnesota came back from 3-0 down to be tied 3-3. Stands there in the 8th.
4-2 in the KC/StL game. Just need to get through the top of the 9th with no more than one more run, and it's done.
That Minnesota one was a sweat, and it took until the 11th (they scored in the 10th, but gave a run back up). However, they won 5-4, stranding runners on 1st and 3rd.
The only good thing about this extra innings crap is that it benefits dog bettors like me, as it makes the dog a little bit more likely to win (compared to without the rule) once it gets there.
