I got some money on Fitzpatrick. Course is not long. He played very well last week. A few bucks on Fleetwood, Poulter & Detry (Bombs away)

I bet less than normal because my routine has been off. Not feeling up to driving to the state boundary where I would have to go to bet more. Let the chips fall where they may.

Hopefully I’ll get a better grasp in the weeks to come.

Not playing the Barbasol at all. If I was forced to back a horse I would prob go with N Taylor +2800.

So I went to bed last night in the third quarter with the Suns up by like 5. They looked like the much better team, at -4.5 I figured there was no way I could make up 10 points. My online book always sends me an email when I win, like within a minute. So when I woke up at 2:30 to take a piss I saw no email so I just assumed it ended the way I thought, I did not even go to ESPN.

This morning I saw an email, went to ESPN, what a pleasant surprise. It's one thing to claw back 4 or 5 points in the 4th Quarter, but to make up 10 is the ultimate longshot. Sticking to my $100 unders in baseball, less stress more enjoyable. And betting against Detroit, they always seem to make me money they are just terrible.

amazing NBC is more AIDS than fucking ESPN...thats hard to do...

best thing about the ESPN coverage was getting to see that first group off at like 1AM ET...first 3 hours behind a paywall to pay for their shitty streaming service...guess ESPN would have probably done the same thing...they had truncated US Open coverage...wave of the future it looks like..

I forgot to post and didn’t want to jinx it after the round started. I bet Cam Smith +230 to win his group today. McIlroy is a notoriously slow starter and Cam Smith is #1 in first round scoring. Patrick Reed was the wild card. But +230 was a great number.

It was comfortable most of the day. Close late but won by a shot.

I also had Finua even money. Also comfortable all day until he inexplicably doubles 18 and ties for split odds. Better than a loss but still hurt.

Nonetheless I love Finua tomorrow at anything +money. And will likely flip to McIlroy tomorrow at any good +money.

Oost and Spieth absolutely deserve to be at the top of the odds board but both Morikawa and Fleetwood shot -3 where a majority of the afternoon shot over par.

Could go any which way but I wouldn’t be surprised to see a 4-5 way relative tie at 7-8 under tomorrow night where the morning folks catch up to the afternoon folks…… then the real fun starts on Saturday when the leaders all on the same playing field.
