Bovada customer service was useless. They claimed there are "no restrictions" on my betting limits, which is totally false. My props have been restricted for 3 years.
Got a supervisor.
When I asked for my NBA limits, they gave me some nonsense answer about how it's market area determined (which is false).
Supervisor checked with "the sportsbetting team" who told her, "He was told of his limits in 2016", and that was it. That's not true. All they told me in 2016 was that my props were degraded to $25 max. Besides, up until this season, my NBA limits of $500 were fine.
She denied there was a way to speak to someone above her, which is also false (I've done it tons of times before). Claimed that I was just "confused" when I claimed to have spoken to upper managers in the past.
Hung up on her and gave up.
I guess I'll get the truth tomorrow if I try to place another NBA bet there.
