I've got Toronto to win the East at +500.
I wonder what their series line will be against the Cavs.
Doesn't seem like I picked up that much value along the way.
Ended up winning my Golf bet (+1.5 BTC, $700ish) Which I'm happy with, but would like to know if it played out how I thought it would. I wish pgatourlive.com offered a way to for the users to choose which pairings they want to follow. They do this just for the big names first 2 days and leaders for days 3 and 4. They are filming every hole at all times, why not make subscription $10/mo instead of $5 and run the feeds online? My only guess is television rights etc. make it complicated.
Anyways.... Whats PFA's consensus for the Cardinal's / Dodger's game?
8:05 EST @ LA
Cardinal's (Matt Leake) ML: +125
Dodgers (Alex Wood) ML: -135
O/U 7.5
Anyone see the Rangers/Jays brawl.
Bautista honestly deserves the rest of the season off.
Not only did he slide dirty, but he slid dirty on a rule that MLB has explicitly created to prevent what he did.
He showed up the Rangers, he should have taken his HPB like a man and went to first instead he retaliated in about the worst way possible.
Luckily he got fucking owned with that right cross to the jaw.
For Cardinals/Dodger's game, I bet UNDER 4 1/2 for 1st Half of game.
(not suggested to follow, I'm just punting)
You can view the whole 8 minutes or so of this madness here:

Bautista will get suspended but retaliation is a no-no and Odor will have a long time off as well with that punch even though it was so worth it.
Odor is a thug, look at the guy. Sucker punched Bautista who isn't throwing punches because he doesn't want a suspension.
Hard slide yes. Did it start the whole melee yes. Much different than a pitcher hitting someone in retaliation? Not really imo.
Bautista give him 2 games for the slide. Odor can sit for 15. You can't not punch people in the face
Technically he didn't sucker punch him, he shoved Bautista, Bautista clinched his fist like he was going to punch and Odor fucking right crossed him to the jaw.
Also it wasn't a hard slide, a hard slide is sliding before the base through the base, Bautista slid starting at the base, spikes up. That's a career ending slide if connected properly, could have snapped his leg into pieces.
I am guessing Bautista gets 12, appealed down to like 5-7.
Odor gets 12, appealed down to like 9 (just cause punching is seen as a big no no).
they aint gonna want this shit to escalate...no fucking way Toronto lets odor get away from sucker punching one of their best players...
they lay the ban hammer down they cut down the escalation...sure odor is gonna get fucking drilled, but if they don't come down hard they're gonna hurt him...
A lot went down. First let's dispense with the sucker punch.
Bautista made the slide. Popped up and got into Odor's space.
Odor shoves him hard in the chest.
Bautista regains balance and comes back at Odor. As he does, he raises his right hand.
Is Odor supposed to shove him in the chest and then announce, "I am now gonna knock you the fuck out"?
Better angle here
I wont argue the punch...the slide was obviously terrible and late as hell...just saying a sucker punch from the angle that they didn't have their hands up ready to fight and he cold cocked him...Toronto is sure as hell gonna view it as a sucker punch and perception is reality so to speak...they don't drop the hammer on a longish suspension, odor will get rolled into and be rehabbing a torn ACL because they are gonna barrel roll into him in the next series...
again 100% the slide started it...I never played at as high of a level as your kid did, san, but I played 2nd through HS and I always remembered that late slide shit...couldn't brawl or you'd be off the team, but nothing that a well placed spike wouldn't take care of if it could be done...
and nothing on whether the punch was right/wrong, but fuck that was one helluva shot...and for bautista to take it and just get a little stunned is pretty impressive too...I know odor isn't a monster guy, but he hit him pretty damn good in a pretty damn good spot...

We need an impartial jury.
Imo Bautista is getting ready to shove him back. Doesn't strike me as a guy who is into throwing punches.
Typical baseball "brawls" involve a lot of verbal toughness and the odd girly shoving. For Odor to throw that punch I definitely call it a sucker punch and honestly I have no idea how the Jays were relatively restrained and didn't boot the shit out of Odor.
I would love nothing more than to see them meet in the playoffs again. Would be epic.
