Well, you already knew that. This slowroll takes the cake though. Flops quads on Matusow then asks for a count when Mike moves in on him leading to a classic moment at 7:45. The hand starts at 3:25.

Hes was fucking with him to get him to blow up and make everyone laugh. Its super low stakes and MM was only 56 bbs deep. Deeb isnt a douchebag, but it is wrong to do.
I cant handle all the backround talk though. At least with announcers it takes your mind off of it some, but on here its just everyone talking at the same time. Where can we see full episodes?
If you skipped to the hand at the time I posted go back and watch the first hand that was about 1 orbit earlier. Matusow got it in preflop with Schneider with Queens vs Aces to lose a big $50k ish pot. Mausow wasn't showing it much but he was mad at himself because he thought Schneider has straddled rather than open raised utg.
They haven't said when the full episode will be out. I think they are still shopping the show between NBC Sports channel and Fox Sports 1. I may be wrong on that part but last I heard they did not have a tv deal yet.
Deeb is most definitely a douche though.
especially the getting people's attention during the slowroll.
If he had said Mikey I want a count..then as soon as Mike starts counting said I call. That would have been funny.
So this is that "Poker Night in America" failshow which was being promoted a few months ago.
Apparently this hasn't been picked up by any networks yet, as predicted:

I predict that this is not going to make it. Concept is about 8 years too late.
I dont think anyone has the stomach for these personalities anymore either. There was a period where people, especially casual poker players, admired these scruffy fuckups and assumed that they had something going on worth aspiring towards.
History has proven otherwise with dreadful consistency. Even before Black Friday, it was getting impossible to ignore. After Black Friday, the spotlight shifted completely to the drug problems, the overwhelming debts, the absolutely and utterly ruined lives, and the names attached to these catastrophies were the luminary poster children of the previous advertising cycles.
Poker shows are the new Roman pit fights, where societies condemned bleed for our entertainment because there is nothing else left for them, no other purpose to serve.
"Birds born in a cage think flying is an illness." - Alejandro Jodorowsky
"America is not so much a nightmare as a non-dream. The American non-dream is precisely a move to wipe the dream out of existence. The dream is a spontaneous happening and therefore dangerous to a control system set up by the non-dreamers." -- William S. Burroughs
Some people would take this better then others knowing it's for TV and while Matusow respects good TV he don't condone in slow rolling in this manner ever.
It's a douchebag thing to do from Deeb especially knowing that Matusow is a very unstable person but in general I don't think Deeb is a bad guy.
I thought this particular slowroll was funny. I normally don't advocate for slowrolls but it's a relatively small pot (for this game at least) and it's for TV and it's the Mouth. I'm baffled by the righteous indignation on 2+2 over this hand. People act like slowrolling is the worst thing you can possibly do to another human being. Try playing poker in South America - slowrolling is not only prevalent, it is an art form down there. Matusow would be punching everyone.
The only reason were talking about it is because of what Deeb did. The guys a genius. The casual person doesnt want to watch guys playing poker. They want to watch shit like this. making Mike blow up is entertaining, so if what everyone is saying that this show wont make it then we should thank Deeb for trying to help it out by doing something entertaining. He even said it was for the cameras. Was it a good thing to do? of course not, but it was funny to watch.
Douchebag exhibit #2: not wearing a bra when he played the WSOP Ladies tournament
Normally I hate slowrollers but that was pretty fucking hilarious. I honestly can't see why Mike wasn't laughing it up with the others, it was a small ass pot and was funny as shit.
thought it was pretty funny. You never know the history with these guys - there are a few online guys I have slowrolled because of shit they have done to me in the past
higgy1020 on bodog used to regularly slowroll super nits just out of spite for wasting table space.

This show definitely isn't ready for the big time.
slowrolls are awesome. when others get angry about them it makes them even better.
Uhhhh maybe that describes casual poker fans in poker meccas like Vegas but not in the rest of the country. Of course they think Matusow is a trainwreck but that is only because it has been donkumented on tv. Where I'm from it's like maybe 10 percent of people know what Howard Leatherasserer was up to. And it's like 2 percent as far as knowledge of people like E-Dog or people at his level of celebrity being catastrophes. All the old timers here know that Annie Puke is a cunt and Layne Chiclets(also don't know he got new teeth several years ago) had drug and cheating problems but that is only because they used to play with those two. I totally disagree that a spotlight was shined on these A and B listers problems for the casual poker fan. If the show isn't popular it is simply due to people being bored with poker on tv. Not because of new knowledge of all their heroes being degenerates.
The casual poker fan will love that slow roll. Really good for tv. It makes me think the poker show is play money and just set up for tv because I really doubt Deeb would have the guts to do that and am super shocked Matusow wouldn't come across the table at someone who knows better.
It's the single most faggot thing you can do on the felt besides hiding under the table blowing a guy. How in the hell can that be your take if you play this game consistently? If a winning player were to ever slow roll me its an instant fight. I don't care if he's MMA big. If a donk or noob does it I don't give one shit because I will fleece him for the next year. An Asian dude who donates huge ALWAYS slow rolls and it's hilarious no matter how stuck I am. I guess its super player dependant but if a grinder were to slow roll me it would be on.

This event follows Poker Night in America’s wildly-successful debut production, held last month at the Turning Stone Casino in Verona, NY. Attendance for the main event in the Empire State Poker Classic which corresponded with the television production shattered the previous record. No doubt, similar enthusiasm is expected this time in Reno, as well.
Does he think adjectives will push this show over the top, "Wildly" successful and "shattered" the record, stop w/the sales pitch.
So successful no TV station has picked it up? & And what exact record did they shatter? The record for attendance for a tourney at that casino? or a poker night in america record?
Either one wouldn't mean shit,
