* Got knifed at a kegger type party he was hosting.
And 2 incidents he got out of, but bad for the image.

Not surprised except for the time of arrest is really early in the morning but wtf knows he could have been coming home from a broads house after they had a night of boozing and smoking that cali kush.

That dude has some issues. The "6-7am still fucked up crowd" is not a pretty one. I have been there. You are talking about someone deep into the party scene, not just a "had one too many and got pulled over coming home from the bar" type deal.

I predicted either the 49er or the Seahawks would implode this year

49ers def have all the pieces in place right now. This weekend will really be a good barometer as to where they are at.

The whole team is banged up and Colin has very few weapons.

These guys have half the year off seaspn to fuck around any night of the week they want and the few smart ones get rides home whether it's from a cab, sober friend, or whatever but during the season when caught doing this they should be suspended a few games without pay.

If you said something like this preseason, I'd have voted for Seattle.
They had those off season problems w/ the PED's,
but they look like they are on all cylinders now.

On top of the WR injury problems, 49ers running game looks bad.
The OL is not opening holes, and this is Gore's 9th season, w/no solid back up.
Vernon Davis has to step into that # 2, but he is banged up.
Hopefully, w/out that blanket Richard Sherman, (my vote for DEF MVP) Bouldin can get open.
