I took a look at the forum this morning and was disturbed to see that Flying Stupidity has primarily become a Druff vs. Micon forum, which is exactly what I didn't want when I started this site.
I don't regret going public with my recent dispute. I felt it was an important thing for the users of both sites to know about and fully understand. However, I feel that has more than been accomplished, and continued public bickering will turn this mess into more of a spectacle than it already is.
I am going to stop talking about Micon publicly for the time being, unless:
1) He says untrue things about me that I feel the need to answer
2) Major developments occur in this situation (such as a lawsuit actually being filed)
Otherwise I'm going to be leaving this alone for now.
I am going to send Micon a formal letter today demanding that he adhere to the terms of the contract. I am not going to post the letter here. If he acts honorably and quickly reverses course, I will completely drop this matter. If he continues on his present path, yes, there will 100% guaranteed be legal action taken.
In fact, I am virtually forced to take legal action if he refuses to keep to our agreement, or otherwise it sets a precedent that the contract is worthless and can be ignored without consequence.
I am really hoping it does not come to this, because it will be a very unpleasant way for both of us to waste time, stress, and money.
The ball is in Micon's court now, and we'll see what path he chooses.
That is all.
