Man gets arrested, goes back in time, gets arrested again at exact same date & time

No, it's not the plot of a science fiction movie.

On November 4, 2012, Niles Gammons was arrested at 1:08am for drunk driving.

Somehow he was quickly released, and at 2:00am, the clock went back to 1:00, thanks to the end of daylight savings time.

Still drunk, he got in his car, almost hit a police car, and was arrested again.... at 1:08am on November 4, 2012.

This is apparently the first time ever that someone was arrested twice in the same city at the exact same time, for two different incidents.
