Queen high straight flush loses to a royal at Mohegun Sun but they don't get $20 into the pot so no jackpot payout. Seriously, how the fuck does that happen?

I was looking at their website trying to find the jackpot amount when I saw this. I know that the Mohegan Sun is huge, but holy shit at paying out over $18 million on the slots in one day.
The two dumbasses were trying to slowplay each other, probably forgetting about the jackpot because this wasn't the typical board that makes you think "jackpot" (usually a board with possible quads gets people more excited).
Serious idiocy here, even independent of a jackpot. In limit holdem, slowplaying is typically wrong unless you think your opponent is bluffing or will lay down a weak hand.
Or one of them only started the hand with $9.

i think those are all singles druff...
I think there are 8 (possibly 9 or 10) in the pot and 2-$4 bets in front of the players...
Someone confirmed in a tweet that it is in fact all singles. You can see the red chips in front of the woman, those are the 5's. The one's with the drawing on them are still singles just different style.
larger pic helped me. At first I thought they were 5's too.

Okay, but I don't see any short stacks in the picture. Doesn't look like anyone's all in, unless they moved one of the hands over from the other side of the table.
