NJ Court upholds weight gain limits of "Borgata Babes"

Appparently, the Borgata has a policy whereby their cocktail waitresses are not allowed to gain over a certain amount of weight once they are hired. Well, some bloated "babes" sued, and lost.

The Atlantic County Superior Court judge found the policy, including mandatory periodic weigh ins by the scantily clad cocktail servers, "lawful and reasonable"!

This is smart on the casinos part since they never have to worry about girls going on maternity leave.

If a girl gets knocked up they can just tell her to gtfo when she starts putting on the baby weight but I'm very surprised they can get away with this.

I guess if the terms of employment are documented to girls before they are hired then they are agreeing to this policy if they take the job.

Yeah a lot of waitress jobs are being described as 'casting', like you're a model or something so they can hire and fire based on looks and attitude. Cue Hooters.

Hasn't this been tried in court many times over and ruled that private business can hire whoever the fuck they want, and fire for whatever reason they want (like getting fat) in jobs where personal appearance matters?

This rule should apply to women everywhere.
I don't want to walk into an office and have to look at a bunch of fat women. Big fat asses hanging out and bulbous tits flopping all over the place. And that ham hock of meat they have hanging under their biceps. Its plain disgusting. Give me slim attractive women or take your sorry fat asses home.
