I am buying the commissioner product from CBS to customize everything. I have used this product for 10 years + and it is the best.

First thing I know I will customize is waivers. Lowest score first week gets #1 slot on waivers. After that it will work like this. If you don't pick up a free agent you keep your spot. So you can hold out until whenever. Anytime u make any add drop you go to the back of the line. IT WILL NOT GO BY WORST RECORD EVERY WEEK. It just runs over and over based on transactions

Other than that the scoring will be pretty standard. QB td passes will be 6 pts

Payouts will look something like this

$ 10,000 total buyins.

Super Bowl Win $5000
Super Bowl Loss $1900
$150 for highest weekly score x 13 = $1950
$1000 for Most Points Scored Regular season = $1000
CBS site = 150, might be cheaper with discount

The benefit is no shitty waiver system and any glitches can be fixed and the scoring is custom if majority decides we want PPR or whatever else but right now we will go with standard. But the waiver thing is very important IMO. Also easier if we have to reschedule drafts etc... Once everyone is in it is easier to set up in future years. It is worth the $150 (prob be less) IMO

Tight Ends can be used, just put them as a flex, if you don't want a tight end then don't use one.
