    Pokerstars new A.C partner, Resorts

This should be interesting, one of the few if any properties available. If you get bored of poker they also just opened...

"“This is another blue chip partner for Resorts to complete a wonderful series of brands – Mohegan Sun, Margaritaville and now PokerStars,” said Morris Bailey, Resorts’ Company Chairman.

I bet they'll start trying to pool with their international base once they get set up. Here's how the NJ statute is worded:
C.5:12-95.31 Acceptance of certain out-of-State wagers.
    29. Notwithstanding any other provision of P.L.2013, c.27 (C.5:12-95.17 et al.), wagers may be accepted thereunder from persons who are not physically present in this State if the Division of Gaming Enforcement in the Department of Law and Public Safety determines that such wagering is not inconsistent with federal law or the law of the jurisdiction, including any foreign nation, in which any such person is located, or such wagering is conducted pursuant to a reciprocal agreement to which this State is a party that is not inconsistent with federal law.
And the proposed regulation is worded as followed:
    2. Internet gaming shall only occur within the State of New Jersey, unless otherwise authorized by a reciprocal agreement.
So I don't know if they'd go for it, but I'm sure Stars would lobby for NJ Gaming to enter in to a reciprocal agreement with the Isle of Man
    TRUMP 2024!

Instead of starting a bunch of these threads, just going to put it here.

A.C has 12 casinos able to offer gambling

    Tropicana- Gamsys
    Caesers- 888
    Borgata- Bwin.party
    Resorts- Pokerstars
    Taj Mahal- Ultimate Poker
    Trump Plaza- Betfair
    Golden Nuggett- Bally Technologies

Revel and The Atlantic Club- ?

The Trump Plaza and Betfair partnership is interesting because the Trump Plaza brick and mortar itself has no poker. It is all house banked games. Not sure if they plan on excluding a poker room online. Also never heard much of Gamesys.

That leaves Revel as the lone desirable deal to get, unless it just has not been made public yet, and The Atlantic Club. Of course now they still have to get through the Gaming Commissions licensing process. That is where some of this could get interesting. Who gets in, who doesn't, and what happens to the Casinos which "partner" does not get licensed. If so Caesers and whoever is a shoe in could have an edge here. Some casinos may have a problem going live on time, if their partner fails to get a license. Bally Technologies is a shoe in.
