I have given it before. In fact, just for Michael I had a thread devoted to well known before and after's to more clearly elucidate the changes one might see. I can really break it down if you want me to, but let's make it super super easy: He carries way too much muscle and little fat at the same time to be close to natural. Period. It's as easy as that. The body will build muslce with a calorie surplus but not in a deficit. Overeem has put on so much weight the last few years you would expect him to be a butterbean most of the time but he's not, he is always 5-7% bodyfat. Just being THAT lean is hard enough, building 20-30lbs of muscle in a few years while being that lean? GTFO with that nonsense.
