Not sure why everyone thinks this. Sure hes a good wrestler and Silvas takedown defense is his weakness, but Weidman will get picked apart on his feet. Personally I dislike Silva, and I root for anyone to beat him. I think he is a little overrated kinda like Tyson was, but he will destroy this guy on the feet. Vegas is going to make a killing on this fight I have no clue what the line is but if AS is less then 2-1 I'd put my house on it.
I dislike Silva and hope your right but regardless of how I feel about Silva he is a beast/legend.

Also agree that Weidman anywhere closer than +300 is a bad bet. I think for once lots of money to be made on silva here at those odds. Weidman has barely proved he is a top five fighter.

Do you think someone who hasn't fought in a year won't have ring rust? Even the 2nd best MMA fighter (IMO) GSP had issues in his first fight back...definite ring rust.

I think that Oliveira is a good dog at that price. Historically, he only has problems with guys who have knockout power. Edgar has never shown any power outside of the second two Maynard fights. I think that due to coming off of three consecutive decision losses that Edgar will try to come out and over power Oliveira and it will leave him open for a flash ko coming in or a sub if he gets sloppy on the ground due to adrenaline.
He also got subbed rather easily by Jim Miller. I think he's in trouble against a good technical striker in Edgar. Oliveira will not KO, flash or not, Frankie Edgar.
