This thread actually has validity, because as much as I thought, pshhh no way, the more I dug, this guy is sketchy. He apparently shot some dude in the face last year, somehow managed to weasel his way out of the charges or something, and the guys now blind in one eye. I don't know this, but they told this on the news earlier, and even it is not true, he seems to be at the least fitting the mold.
The police obviously know this as well. My gut tells me, he is a suspect, or an accomplice (with plenty of money to hire), but they know the media interest in the case, so are not releasing that yet.
sadly I heard today that he was a women beater too.I m not a fan of guys beating bitches up (even tho some deserve it)

lol. He's from Bristol, Ct. The same city I am from and the same city as ESPN. There were two known gangs, the Latin Kings and I forgot the other but both were faggot gangs in that area. There were two streets to avoid in Bristol, Union St and Davis Dr. I'm assuming his "hood" was Union St since it was in the district of his high school, Bristol Central. I'd fear any MLK BLVD in Florida than either of the two streets I mentioned above. I used to delivery pizza and the only street I refused to deliver to was the projects in Union St so there is that. Just the projects though, across the street was no problem.
What I'm saying is Bristol, Ct is no thug ass hood by any means. Neighboring New Britain or Hartford about 20 min away are different stories. White people aren't allowed in some areas after dark.

According to ABC, on Monday Hernandez called a maid service to come clean his house, destroyed his home video surveillance system, and destroyed his cell phone. Even if he wasn't directly involved in the murder, that's pretty much a lock for Destruction of Evidence. Also, I suspect that he destroyed the controls to the surveillance system and the hard drives full of video are still fully functional.
I have watched a lot of real life murder investigations on tv etc.. and I can say without a doubt this was one of thesloppiest scenes ever
He smashed his cell phone into a million pieces. He had a maid come in and scrub down the house. He tried to destroy the surv camera. The body was dumped in a field around the corner from his house and the supposed murder vehicle was found right near there.
How could they get caught?

If any of this is true, I don't understand why he hasn't been arrested yet. I assume that the cops are holding on to his passport.

And to add to Barry's 2nd post, they have video of all 4 of these guys together, Hernandez, the other 2 guys in the video at his home, and the murder victim, earlier in the night. Then just the 3 of them later, and the 4th ends up dead.
That is probably the one Barry is referring to in Dorchester.
Then these other stories, the one in Florida, he shot a guy's eye out? The guy didn't go to the police?
