I really want to read an article someday that says "neighbors say he was loud as fuck and always up in their business."

Feds: International gambling ring known as 'Macho Sports' busted
    By CNN Staff
updated 4:57 PM EDT, Wed June 19, 2013

(CNN) -- Federal authorities announced Wednesday that 18 individuals have been charged for their alleged involvement in an international gambling organization known as "Macho Sports."

Ring members used "intimidation, threats and violence" against "delinquent customers," the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of California said in a news release.

FBI agents arrested 14 of the accused earlier Wednesday in San Diego and Los Angeles, while one of those charged was arrested by police in Oslo, Norway. The status of the remaining three is unclear.
So they at least threatened those who didn't pay. I wouldn't doubt someone who owed big helped assist in bringing these guys down.

I'm also surprised they could arrest someone in Norway.

You gamble and lose you pay. If you don't pay you should expect to be threatened or beaten up. seems fair to me, don't fucking gamble if you can't pay.
