Even more unbelievable, a banking supervisor APPROVED THE TRANSACTION!

This occurred in Germany.

And the dumbest part of the story?

The supervisor got fired, sued to get her job back, and won. She and the employee who fell asleep on the "2" key are still working at the bank.
