If you have a Sprint Android phone and are in a 4G area don't waste your money just get a tethering program in the android market and use the bandwidth free off your phone plugging into your laptop usb port.

A: I use it all the time.
B: my phone is only 3G.

Unfortunately at my house I can't get 4G yet even though they have expanded and my phone is cable of it but tethering even the 3G connect has saved me from blinding off a bunch of tournaments when my cable internet died.

Three years ago around this time mid June to July my internet went out several times a week. The cable company kept sending technicians out to the main box on the pole to replace stuff before finally fixing the problem 3-4 weeks later.

It was super frustrating but tethering even 3G is enough as a backup for poker which don't use much bandwidth so it saved me several hundreds of dollars.

For more intense stuff like streaming you can maybe do light amounts of it over 3G but your certainly going going to be able to play a couple minute 720p video on youtube.

If you jailbreak your iPhone, you can tether for free. Of course, you need unlimited data or you will shoot off your data allotment really quickly.

But I have unlimited data and I just tether instead of paying hotel internet charges (or I tether when the hotel internet sucks).

You don't need 4G.

I've gotten about 4 MBps with 3G before, which is plenty fine for web browsing.

South Point has one huge plus going for it. It is the home of the only Steak 'n Shake in Las Vegas. There was a Steak n Shake next to my high school and we used to go there all the time. I love their food so much.

south point hotel is a great place to play super low limit drunken pai gow and crap's not sure about the rooms but i am sure they would do in a pinch. steak and shake sounds good too.
