Yeah deribit, they say you can't open an account if you are in the USA but I just put the UK. Fastest withdrawal system I have ever seen. The coins hit my wallet after I click the link in the confirmation email. I am long $200,000 worth of BTC on a deposit of $9000. 24/7 trading, it is much better than the stock market. I put in a small amount and if I get wiped out, so be it. Repeat until grandslam. If you put in 9k and leverage it up to $200,000....25% rally in BTC is $50,000 profit. Or you can short too.

In regards to the ATM, demand is down 90%. But some machines let customers sell their BTC for cash and those are very busy. In other words, the public is selling.

I'm not a chart guy, I think it's all nonsense but couple of chart idiots I follow have $4000 as the target. Gonna take another futures gamble if btc hits $4000... essentially betting on a huge bear market rally to $6000+. With 10x or 20x leverage, you do the math!
