Hey dickface, I did not say I had Druff type finances. I said I was not part of the 95% of the broke fuckers on this site. Like that dipshit Walter.

For the first time, I am going to side with DirtyB here.

Where the fuck does all this inside information you have come from? You keep chiming in, for months, how Micon is printing money. Yet, there was a huge breakup a year+ ago where Micon could not get staked for slots.

Not saying you are full of shit, but you sure sound like an impressionable fan boy who reads too many forums.

i see what you are trying to say here but i think you missed his point. yes in the USA if you damage your self and wind up in the hospital it could eat up $200k in a few days, but in this economy having 200k liquid is fairly rare and a dam good buffer if something happened were you couldn't work for a while. also he said on top of the world with out a worry, not stinking rich. and if he earned the cash good for him most people brag about having money usually inherit it which is fine too i guess.
nice to see you acting like a douche though.

This guy gets it. I have health insurance as well. So I have 0.0 worries. Outside planning my vacation in August, that is somewhat worrisome, in how large I want my hotel room.

Gotta give credit to Micon for finding some stuff that would blow up and being in the right place at the right time with them. Golden Tee blew up a bit but there was really no money there. He scored big with NWP but fucked that up pretty badly. E cigs could blow up one day but unless you are running a shop or a own a company really no money there.

Bitcoins have been big for SWC only because the cashouts for U.S. players is less than desirable but again right place right time for Micon and he deserves credit for that considering all of the shit he has taken of the years. Hopefully he learned from all of his mistakes trying to be a poker professional and holds on to this money. It could potentially set him for a while but if he keeps firing 20k prop bets ya never know what could happen

He also said Apple was a great short over $600 and everyone in that thread laughed at him.

It is illegal to run a card game in the US without a license. I get the fact he is ahead of the curve on the latest scheme. But if some wily IRS / DOJ agent wants to put him in jail, he is going and there is nothing he can do about it.

So you don't believe that Micon is just the "Team Pro Chairman" at SWC, eh?

I know he did have a fairly large bet with random folks that BFL wouldn't ship. He won one of them and the guy was trying to welch because it was for 40 btc right as btc skyrocketed to 250. the bet was made while btc was like 4 dollars.

The other one's he's obviously lost since BFL shipped a bunch of Jalapenos.

Also, it was on his twitter about the welcher, and there's a link to the thread where he was making these bets.

Mao Zedong was the Chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. No Chinaman ever called that guy just the Chairman.

Seals is not hosted in the US. Likely Micon is smart enough to not have the bitcoins go directly to him either...so it may be harder than you think.

An interesting trait of bitcoins, as far as I know this is still true, not a single coin stolen from any of the major bitcoin heists has ever been used for anything. Not to buy guns on the silk road, not to gamble at the shitcoin casinos, not to do anything at all except to sit dormant in accounts all over the world waiting for someone to figure out a foolproof way to wash bitcoins. You can't do it, so far, at least. Nobody has ever been willing to try to wash the stolen coins, and/or the theives never felt comfortable enough using them anywhere. The whole bitcoin framework prevents coins from being hidden. It's because you can follow the trail of bitcoins to the end of time, every single transaction leaves a public trail, and it's a really easy trail to follow if you care to figure out how to do it.

It won't be hard to figure out who's pockets the bitcoins end up in, and I'd be shocked it a good portion of them don't make their way into micon's at one time or another. That's not really something micon could ever hide if the taxman ever decided to take a look-see. Even if he was fucking it up in the very beginning but fixed it almost right away, those first few fuck-ups are recorded into the bitcoin blockchain for eternity.

It sounds possible to at least make it harder....it's not perfect.

Also how do you prove micon owns a bitcoin wallet?

All that does is add more steps to the process of following the coins. Doesn't obscure anything at all. Those are the steps that make it harder for you or me to track this shit down. I have no doubt someone good with these types of things could pop out a script that follows each and every millicoin you try to wash to its final destination quicker than it took me to write this post. Or maybe even blink. Either way, quickly and easily.

How do I know micon even has a wallet? Well for one, common sense (he probably has several different wallets for different purposes, I'd think), and two the amount of times that he used to bitch about how long the initial blockchain download took when you were installing the bitcoin wallet software.

I really don't give a shit either way on bitcoins or SWC, I have never participated.

My point is both are an avenue to launder. I get the fact Micon is likely an honest dude. The issue is there are probably users on his site that are not honest to say the least. If there was ever a time to disassociate yourself, probably now it this the time. imo

Hosting has nothing to do with it. This whole .eu extension is laughable if the idea was to throw the DOJ off the trail.

Bottom set is right. If Poker Stars and Full tilt couldn't escape the wraith of the DOJ, you really think Seals with clubs will be able to ? All it takes is someone wanting to make an example of him and the site.

Seals with clubs isnt a big site so it is under the radar. However, you couldnt pay me enough to do what Micon is doing. Maybe he gets away with it and makes a shit load of money. But you would have to be a fool to think that he isnt taking a big risk in doing so.

Micon has to take in USD at some point. So unless he is being paid in gold bars or casino chips there is a trail that leads directly to him. SOMEBODY from seals or associated with Seal has to convert bitcoins to US currency and then bring it to a bank account or convert it into some kind of currency. There will always be a trail if you move bitcoins to USD.

In some ways, the DOJ could look at Seals with Clubs (especially if it blows up) as worse than Poker Stars or FTP. At least these poker sites were dealing in a real currencies backed by governments.

EU domain was likely just so they can't seize it.

I agree if they want to make an example of him they can. But at the same time some of it could be tough.

In all reality Micon could buy gold or casino chips from bitcoins. There are definitely shady people out there willing to cash you out for the right rake %.

Maybe on a small scale you could pull that off but what happens when you have 50,100k, 200k +. Micon is probably too lazy to go through all that work to cover his tracks. I really do believe he has convinced himself that he is untouchable in this scheme.

Hey shit for a job. Its not hearsay. I already posted where it is at. If you can;t figure it out that is your fault.

Also amassing 70-100k in a year is nothing. Perhaps i overestimated how broke pfa posters are though in saying Micon is doing better than 95% of them.
