They will use money laundering and other criminal activities as the main reason to go after BTC. Other governments will follow suit.

I give it two months tops.

Lot of money to be made if you can catch a falling knife without losing your fingers.
Or.....certain bad actors in the government might be undermining legitimate efforts to bring down bitcoin because it not only allows them to launder money from illegal activities in order to enrich themselves or fund black projects or both.....I mean the fed chair could end it with literally one pen stroke.......food thought.....

Also, if said bad actors were using bitcoin to launder money when bitcoin was in the single digits then you can imagine hoiw much invested they are in now...
Laundering and illegal activities is just the excuse they will use. Bitcoin now that it has blown up huge, undermines the USD and other influential currencies. Potentially even the foundation of a market economy... it will be stopped in the national interest sooner rather then later.

If there is black projects and *cough* bad actors, imagine how much they can make by selling at the top and shorting BTC with inside knowledge?

    Just my opinion.

No problem and depending on how many you bought you should be sitting on about a $1+ a coin profit atm.

No clue where it stops or when, it is an animal. I do know early EST hours the last week it has seen its biggest profit taking (if you can call those tiny red candles that) so I wouldn't be shocked to see it happen again in 12 hours. The corrects reverse up again sometimes within 10 minutes.

Never have regrets about this stuff, if you hit a number that makes you happy regardless of where it goes after that, do it. Or let it ride...go long hold.

Like hitting a high roller slot for $20g's the first hour in a casino, don't they all do that then 6 hours later you're down $20g's lol

The only thing that is keeping me 100% in on XRP is this supposed news we could hear any day regarding their Q4, make or break. No news hurts it, so-so news hurts it, great news and it goes bananas.

np, ideal for me would be seeing it added to coinbase, big partnership announcement or something to these affects, watch it pump higher then dump and take a breather. If long is your game that is fine too, never sell at a loss, never! All you need to remember.

Bitcoin below $14000. Looks like sonatine cursed it with his $60,000 target.

How much are we talking about profit per machine per coin you think?

that machine will earn you about $12 a day... once it arrives in april... and providing difficulty doesnt jump, which of course it will.

be sure to spend another $110 on the 1200w power supply it needs.

but yeah you can expect about 22 coins a year at current difficulty and it will only cost you $1600 in electricity to get them.
Rather use 1200w to grow pot

Going back to the Korean student "bitcoin zombie" collective, members of Cryptofactor say they founded the club because of a lack of dedicated cryptocurrency classes on campus and see their efforts as a way to move beyond speculation to informed investing.

“I realized that I was actually speculating rather than investing before I came to this club,” said Kim Myung-jae, a 19-year-old fine arts student, adding that she was especially attracted to altcoins.

"Now that I fully discuss which one to invest in with the members, I‘m actually looking at the true value."

And with 19-year-old traders like Kim opining on the "true value" of cryptos, one can be pretty certain how it all ends. The only question is when.

Krypt posting in this thread usually results in a nice pop for the sector.

Just for a laugh I added up all the coins I've mined over the years, at todays prices it's about $3,000,000 and what do I have to show for it?

I bought a gram of the best molly I've ever had from Amsterdam x 5 times. the first gram I bought cost me like 10BTC or $130,000 at todays prices, and I've only had 5 grams of molly in the last 15 years, so hard to get good molly here.
    Some computer hardware about $4,000
    Cash, about $20,000 in total

I don't care though, I did it mostly for entertainment and I didn't outlay a single penny.

Yes it's awesome, but the crap they sell here is a mixture of meth amphetamines mixed with MDA or super weak MDMA... I wont touch the local stuff it's a cocktail of rubbish.
Five times in the last fifteen years, it's a rare treat.
If it was legal here, or the good stuff was available. I'd still only do it once every few months. I'd even go as far to say that it is a beneficial drug in moderation.
