Here in Canada, I requested a cash out from Poker Stars this morning at 8:15 am and when I got home from work the cash out money was already in my checking account. ...and there were no fees.

This is the way all sites should operate.

Even U.S. facing sites shouldn't need more than 1-2 weeks to pay the player cash outs.
Lock Poker is broke obviously and the scamming owner(s) should come clean and then be held to pay.
