Email Web Host for a Company

lol about a year ago our email host was getting blocked so the boss switched to BlueHost for $4.95 which seemed ridiculously cheap but it was working ok, we would get a bad lag sometimes but the boss didn't care. now BlueHost is starting to get blocked by several different email servers which i'm sure is due to BlueHost hosting shady sites
need a recommendation for email hosting our webmail for 10-12 employees email accounts
need to do something quick it is really embarrassing and we are losing potential business because of it

thanks it looks like these are two of the top ones and two of the largest Corporations in the world it's time my boss stopped fooling around with third rate email hosts and go with one like these, I really appreciate the recommendations guyz

Google Apps does more than what they need and will be a fraction of the cost of Office 365.

i like the idea of microsoft 365 because i'm sure it works great with outlook but we only do
$20-25 million a year in sales, $1,800 seems expensive for our size business

I dont know Google Apps that well so I might be wrong, but hosted exchange should stop any question on what is the better choice.

I guess the question is do they share their calendars, that's about the only advantage to Hosted Exchange anymore.
