This is the first major construction planned since 2007, since the bottom fell out of the Vegas real estate market.

The Linq will be a shopping and entertainment area across the street from Caesar's Palace. There will not be any new casinos or hotel rooms.

O'Sheas is going to be demolished on April 30th.

It will be rebuilt inside of the Linq project.

The whole thing will cost $550 million bucks, or about equivalent to two average high stakes poker pots in Macau.
