This week, I've read 3 separate books stating that the casino will send a hooker to your room if you are balling.
One is fiction, but by a gambler, "Becoming Bobby" my Mike Konik
One is the memoirs from a gambling road trip, "Blackjack Autumn", by Barry Meadows
and one is a book on working comp systems, "Comp City", by Max Rubin.
I could see it in the 50's-70's, but is that still an option? I know a few guys who had high roller status and would have loved that perk, that didn't. I know you can get one at anytime, but the casino actually taking care of it for you?
If so, I have many questions, but how would you even go about it, ask your host?
Would they charge it off your points like a show or a dinner?
.
I have absolutely no interest in hookers, but I know this about the one thing the high end casinos will have nothing to do with . With that said, I have had heard of male host giving their clients "numbers" to call.
I have found hosts to be overall be pretty useless. They will give you a nice room (who cares), get you a table at a club (who cares), free food (who cares), tickets for shows (dont really care), limo (who cares). Basically the more they do for you, the more you have lost and thus dont really give a shit about what they do for you as it is so small oin comparison to what you gamble.
Do you really care about having a personal chef after losing a million dollars? Or the Wynn Villa after losing the min deposit of 500k.
Druff has said this before, but hosts more or less do things for you based on your last trip which I have always found annoying. You could gamble your ass off 10 times in a row and then on the 11th just want to chill. They seem to forget the 10 times before .
I basically run the money up in sports (they dont give you comps for sports bets) and then shoot off in the pits. At least that is how I have done it for the last 5 years.
Fucking stupid but I find the whole experience of Vegas entertaining.
