Great number I recall. Global pool of money available for investment in 2000 was $36 billion. 100's of years to get to that amount. In 2006 the number was $70 billion. All the finance wonks charged with putting that money to work had a problem.

This is my first, and I recommend begging, borrowing and stealing if you have to in order to buy LENNAR (Ticker: LEN). I picked up 25 shares @ 41.65/shr last week. Today it's up 5% after crushing earnings and I picked up another 100 shares today @ 43.48. Housing stocks are going to crush this year. I like LEN in both the long and short term. Buy it ASAP as possible. It's a LOCK to outperform the S&P.

Dividend yield and payout % both suck but it could be a nice play anyway. What makes you so sure housing stocks will do well this year? IMO it's 50/50, either a banner year or a recession.

Dividends are literally the most overrated thing ever and are for non-growth pussies. I wish the div yield was 0%

Housing has already bottomed and it's time to back up the money truck in the next 3-5 years, but also in the next 3-12 months. Giddy up
