You've got to hit the bricks/treadmill. If you're lucky, like me, you'll have day after beer strength. I guess it's all the calories from the previous night booze but your leg strength will be double the norm. Now this may have to wait till 2, 3 or 4 in the afternoon but you can easily drop 800 calories before your next taste. Also leaving it late means you've skipped breakfast and lunch and are ready for the best drink of the day which is
