You just have to do it the old fashioned way. Spread it on social media and aggregators. If you have a budget, this process can kickstarted a little faster, but you still need a quality video with mass appeal.

The only way to regain interest is with hot chicks. Make sure the middle frame has one so it will be the highlight frame on youtube.

I think the Harlem Shake is the most fleeting internet fad I've ever seen. For one day it was all the rage. The next day almost everyone was sick of it already.
YouTube is pretty much a meritocracy again. Like I said earlier, the only path to the top is crowdsourcing and a video that people truly love.
EDIT: One exception is if you already have a huge audience of subscribers. Then you can get tons of views with shitty videos like Smosh and RayWilliamJohnson.
I can get legit or illegit views, all that shit costs money though.
Can you get them in the millions with fast delivery? I thought those days were over.
EDIT: For some reason I thought OSA wanted a huge amount of views and was talking about news shows like Good Morning America. Whoops.
