Maybe I should have been an online poker payment processor instead of a player.

These guys made HUGE money, and sometimes charged the sites more than 10% of the money being processed.

Some of them (like Daniel Tzvetkoff) even stole as much as $100 million from the sites, often without much consequence.

Chad Elie was heavily involved in getting a Utah bank to secretly process cashouts from online poker sites, in exchange for the sites investing in the bank.

He also personally processed countless financial transactions.

The dude must have made huge money in his payment processing career, probably in the 8-figure range.

Keep in mind that, in 2011 at age 31, Chad looked like this:

... and he married a girl that looked like this:

Safe to say that Elie wouldn't have gotten a girl like that without some serious cash.

Anyway, Elie got a fine of $500,000 and 6-12 months in federal prison.

So he probably ended up keeping (or at least spending) a very high percentage of his payment processing earnings, while spending less than a year in jail.

Pretty sweet deal.

I wonder if his wife (Playboy Playmate Destiny Davis) has divorced him yet.
