    Rules from their website.

    Bonus Rules

Deposit bonuses are optional and must be requested by the player when making a deposit. Please enter the “promocode” for the bonus you want to use when you are making your deposit. For example, use promocode CCBONUS to receive a 15% bonus on a credit card deposit, or promocode TXBONUS to receive a 25% bonus on a cash transfer. Your bonus request will be reviewed and, if your account is eligible for the bonus, it will be credited within 24 hours of making the deposit.

Other bonuses, such as casino and poker bonuses, are optional and must be requested by the player via email, using the email address you have registered to your BetOnline.ag account. Please email your account number, deposit amount, date and time of your deposit and the specific bonus you are requesting to freeplay@BetOnline.ag within 24 hours of making the deposit. Your bonus request will be reviewed and, if your account is eligible for the bonus, it will be credited within 24 hours of making the deposit.

Upon acceptance of a bonus, player is deemed to have read and agreed to all terms, rules and requirements listed on this page.

Player agrees not to request a withdrawal prior to meeting all stipulations, including rollover requirements.
Minimum rollover requirement is defined as [deposit + fees + bonus] multiplied by [required rollover].
The maximum bonus is $900.00. And a minimum deposit of $50.00, regardless of deposit method, is required to qualify for the bonus.

Other promotions are offered from time to time which require higher rollover requirements. These requirements must be adhered to prior to any withdrawal request.

Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value; a bonus only gains cash value after all stipulations, including rollover requirements, are met.

    Re-Deposit Bonus Qualification:
Players Who Meet The Following Qualify for a Re-deposit Bonus (player must meet all requirements to qualify):
    No existing bonus balance or pending freeplay in account;
    Available balance (including pending wagers) is less than twice their average bet size over the last 90 days;
    Player has not withdrawn more than half of their highest balance within the last 30 days;

    Stipulations on Re-deposit Bonus:
    If player has taken any withdrawal in the last 30 days, re-deposit bonus only applies to the amount exceeding the cumulative withdrawn amount during the last 30 days;
If any pattern of “recycling” or “churning” (defn. ‘money being withdrawn and redeposit in effort to accrue bonuses’) all bonuses and winnings from said bonuses will be removed from account without notice.

Bonuses are for recreational players. BetOnline reserve the right to deny and/or cancel bonuses and/or winnings from said bonuses if management determines a player to be non-recreational or part of a syndicate.

BetOnline reserves the right to take away any bonus at any time without explanation.

Players that accept a bonus and do not wager any portion of the bonus, may request a withdrawal and have the bonus removed from their account.

Prior to accepting any bonus, make sure you understand and agree to all policies. If you have any questions regarding our policies email Player Services department at cs@BetOnline.ag

    Free Play Rules

Free Plays can only be wagered on:

FOOTBALL (NFL / NCAA / CFL / ARENA)
BASKETBALL (NBA / NCAA / WNBA)
    MLB Major League Baseball
    NHL
    CRICKET
    SOCCER
    BOXING
    UFC (MIXED MARTIAL ARTS)
    TENNIS

Free Plays can be used only in the Sportsbook on straight bets, parlays and teasers (no round robins).
    No point-buying is allowed.
Free Plays lose when a push or tie results.
    Free plays do not expire.
Free plays can only be wagered online via the website or the mobile site. Free play wagers cannot be made through the call center.

All free plays are subject to a minimum 6x rollover requirement or greater based on the terms and conditions of the particular promotion, no exceptions.

It is only the amount that you win from the free play that gets added to your account balance.
The maximum winnings from any single wagered free play bonus is $5,000 or $5,000 cumulative from multiple free play bonus wagers from the same bonus.

NOTE: Unless otherwise specified by an Player Services Representative, when you receive a bonus for making a deposit you must roll over the amount you deposited (plus any fees that BetOnline may have covered), plus the Free Play bonus the specified amount of times. Wagers placed using Free Play do not qualify toward rollover calculation.

For example, if you deposit $1000 and your fees are $15, BetOnline will credit your account the full $1015 + $250 Free Play Deposit Bonus. So, if you have a ten-time rollover assigned for that deposit bonus, you must roll the entire amount (e.g. $1015 + free play) ten times. Thus, to receive a payout without forfeiting anything you won from your bonus, you must first cover the rollover amount (e.g. $1015 + Free Play times ten).

When calculating “rollover”, we use the lower of the risk/reward value as the effective value. For example, if you bet $500 on Team A to win $450, and you bet $400 on Team B to win $350, and you bet $250 on Team C to win $50, the total action applied toward fulfilling the rollover requirement would be $850 ($450 + $350 + $50).

Also, should you accept the Free Play and lose with it or choose not to use it, the Free Play Bonus will still be deducted at the time a payout is requested unless the rollover requirement is met.

There is no hold time or expiration for these bonuses and rollovers, so you may meet the requirements as quickly or as slowly as you wish. Sportsbook bonuses can be rolled over in the Sportsbook only; no play in the casino or in the race book will count towards rollover. The same goes toward Casino Bonuses, which must be rolled over in the Casino.

    Yet another twist!

Just logged into my account again after I timed out.

Guess what the rollover says.....again? Yeah, 0/0.

Pic coming, want to charge my old phone and have it in pic for indisputable time stamp.

They stalled me like this and I never used a bonus.

I ran a $200 deposit up to $1700 last NFL season. My cash out was cancelled at least 6-7 times during a three week period after a rep told me each time that I was good to go. It took them two weeks to verify my docs as well.

Once I got it approved, I deposited an additional $100 to continue betting (I wasn't about to reverse it). They cancelled it the next day and told me that I am required to wait 30 days from my last credit card deposit.

I flipped out and they stopped replying to my emails. I had been using the same debit card for two years with them. I chunked a bunch off on tilt and still have about $300 on their I mess around with.

Its not worth the stress, there are D rated SBR books that have paid me via western union same day (betphoenix). I can't figure out why they are rated so high and just assume it is because they pay sbr. Your story just makes my assumptions stronger.

Good luck getting your money from these pieces of shit.

What the hell were they reviewing? If there was no bonus involved pretty cut and dry no?

Did you ask for your records and that is what took 2 weeks or what?

It was all cut and dry. First they wanted docs, then I requested the free withdrawal that they cancelled bc it wasn't a Friday, then it got cancelled on Friday because I had already requested it on the wrong day, then it was blah blah blah..

Just felt like I was chasing my tail. I would get off the horn with support assuring me we were good and without fail the cashier department would decline it again when I woke up.

Also worth mentioning that my declined cash outs on the initial $200 were within the 30 day period. This was never brought up until they ran out of stall reasons. I really don't think they planned on paying either way. Would have come up with another excuse.

    That's incorrect.

Show is at 7:00pm PST, which is 10:00 EST.

It also sometimes (okay, usually) starts late, so but it's almost always going by 7:20.

Update! Just got 2 new emails, one saying we are right, with nothing to back it up. The other saying they refuse to give me my records after the guy told me that it "needed approval" to go out.

Reference number: LTK58501593928X - Please use this ticket number in any correspondence with us.

    Subject: Payout request (LTK58501593928X)

    Good Morning Paul

Thank you for playing with BetOnline.

This is Erick King from Player Services Department.

Hope you are having a pleasant day!

Thank you for your payout request. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause,

This is not an error please proceed and fullfilll your rollover and send the proper documents so we can submit your payout request.

Your payout has been cancelled since the special freeplay bonus requirements have not been entirely met.

Your account was previously awarded with $50.00-$25.00 special freeplay bonus 6x rollover, the terms and contitions of these bonuses states that in order to cash out a deposit of $50.00 for each one of the bonuses used had to be made as well comply with the rollover.

A rollover is the amount in action that you are required to play before being able to cash out, so far you have complete this amount so in order to cash out you just need to make a deposit of $100.00 1x rollover as you used two special freeplay bonuses.

Please know that if you decide to deposit with a credit card you will be asked for the following information:

Picture id, back and front of credit cards used to deposit along with the authorization agreement to documents@betonline.ag. Please contact us after you have send it to make sure that it was received. You can find the authorization agreement by logging into your account, in MY ACCOUNT tab, then go to Deposit Funds, and click on the Authorization Agreement link below the credit card deposit option.

If the address you have registered to your account is different to the one shown on your photo ID we will also require a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months confirming the address you have registered to your BetOnline account.

Keep in mind you are entitled to a $50.00 discount once every (30) days, on the payout method of your choice if requested on a Friday. If you would like to take advantage of this discounted or fee-free payout please specify this when making your payout request.

We do appreciate your business, and we want you to have a great playing experience with us.

Check out BetOnline’s impressive live software, head over to www.betonline.ag/sportsbook and click on the red “Live Betting” button at the top of the left-hand corner of the Bet Menu. Then choose from any one of the upcoming games. Maximize your winnings with BetOnline!

Should you require further assistance or information, please contact us by replying to this email or initiating a Live Chat.

    Best Regards,
    Erick King
    Player Services Department

    BetOnline,
Same thing they told me on the phone. We are right, we have nothing to back it up so just take our word for it! How convenient.

    Feb 13 2013 6:10am

    Good Morning Paul,

Thank you for playing with BetOnline.

This is Kathy from Player Services Department.

I hope this email finds you well!

In regards to the previous request, please be informed that we do not provide this type of information. But are able to view your transactions dated within the last 90 days online. As you log in, look underneath the My Account tab, between the options that are displayed you'll see a tab named All Transactions, you click on it and it will give you the transactions you have made in last 3 months.

We do appreciate your business, and we want you to have a great playing experience with us.

Should you require further assistance or information, please contact us by replying to this email or initiating a Live Chat.

    Sincerely,
    Kathy Bellamy
    Player Services Department

    Betonline

We have generated a support ticket to help us track your inquiry. Your ticket code is LTK58501599270X. Please use this code in any further communication.
Oh so now they can't provide the information and history about my account to verify my rollover! I thought it was just in "a file" that had to be approved to go out? I guess not. Surely they have this information because they have to calculate the rollover somehow right? Fucking bullshit.

Just posted a long summary on SBR forum, and was very confused when I took 30 minutes to make the post and it didn't show up.

Apparently a mod has to 'approve" the thread or something WTF??

Maybe there is a betonline code that alerts them anytime an "issue" comes up since they pay them all that money.

I'm going to cash out the $300 I have on there and see what happens.

All my docs are current, have no rollover and haven't deposited in a year.

Lets see what kind of shit they come up with.

    Breaking news/update.

So after I got the 2 emails this morning telling me too bad basically I took this info over to SBR forum, and made this thread earlier today to see if anyone over there had advice.

    http://forum.sbrforum.com/sportsbook...s-records.html

I don't know what happened, but I get a restricted number call on my cell about 10 minutes ago and I answered it out of curiosity literally on last ring before it went to voicemail.

It was JG from betonline, I explained the situation and he was very nice and helpful and said he would personally make sure I got the payout. Even waived all fees. I am pretty shocked right now, wasn't expecting that at all.

Will keep you posted, but things are looking up all of the sudden.
