    PROJEKT Recovery Sep

Is anyone who was scammed interested in holding a phone conference to figure out next steps?

I'm still giving Jasep until the 6th to make it right before I'm interested in moving forward with any plans, however a united plan would make things a lot easier.

We need a full summary of exact dollar amounts, exact usernames, try to get final 22q numbers as well?

And just to plan things out going forward so we're all on the same page.

Hey dude, I'm willing to help you out in this regard. Although I don't believe that my investment to the project will be lost because of paypal, I did still lose the money I sent him for 22q. I donated $50 directly to him for the 22q charity (I should have used the site sadly...) and I loaded up $28 to the poker site which I ran up to 60ish (I believed I had $10-15 left on there after bootsy raped me in 2/4 limit) which I told jasep to donate in the chat because I had to go to work.

I deposited $100, ran it up a little, transfered $70 to other accounts, and finally transferred $76 to Jasep at the end of the show.

Didn't I re-stake your losses back to you? I thought I did because I couldn't play day 2 of the tournaments. I could be thinking of someone else though.
Nope you did, I was going to re deposit but you sent me a stake for one of the tourney's I cashed in. Told me to just donate it which I in turn told Jasep to do with whatever was left over. Thanks for that btw!

Your welcome. But I guess that doesn't really matter now does it?

I don't recall the exact figure, but I believe I gave ~$350 during the 22Q show to Jasep. Of course this money isn't owed back to me, it is owed to the 22Q foundation.

I think it is somewhere around $3k that is owed to 22Q

Donated $50, but if I'm right, the donations DID make it to 22Q correct?

Also, in case Jasep did blow the money as a degen AND will admit when and for how much, any chance to have the 22Q foundation contact the casino, tell them the whole story and perhaps they are willing to donate 'some' back, especially since for them. it's not a super high amount.

No. We don't have definitive proof, but it looks like the money that went to Jasep did not make it over to 22Q (around $3k). Others donated directly to 22Q (shoutout Beebs) and that money did get to them. I wouldn't bother contacting the casino. They're an institution filled with degens and are not going to have sympathy. Plus, if he lost the money playing poker, then the casino didn't even really get this money.

I understand that, but for them it's more to create some goodwill. Post a "Casino returns all stolen money to 22Q foundation" article in the newspaper and it's a win-win.

I looked at my paypal history and I donated approx $66 to the 22Q poker room, I didn't pull out any balance. The other $20 thankfully through 22Q direct during the podcast as I have that confirmation.

I only bought one share of his original Foxwoods BAP at $35 and rolled it over.

    Hope the info helps.

I am pretty sure the Stars was sent to my buddies account, I worked it out with him and then I sent SEP Blackchippoker for the stars. Not long after that Sep cashed out around 200 BCP and I shipped him paypal for it.

    Repost from the other thread:

Here is a list of money I sent to Jasep on Paypal since August 1, 2012:

August 27: $10 -- sent on behalf of Hockey Guy, for 22Q
Sept 1: $125 -- sent on behalf of Pooh, for 22Q
Sept 2: $5 -- sent on behalf of BUBBLES, not sure why
Sept 5: $20 -- sent on behalf of MrGreenThumb, for 22Q
Oct 3: $125 -- sent on behalf of Hockey Guy, for buying 3.47% of Jasep's action in something
Nov 8: $40 -- chopped freeroll on radio (prob the only legit money he has ever gotten here)
Jan 10: $20 -- sent on behalf of hotshott74, for deadpool

So in total, I shipped $155 to Jasep for the 22Q that likely never got sent to the foundation.

Hockey Guy probably got scammed an additional $125 for whatever piece he bought of Jasep in early October.

hotshott74 likely got scammed for his $20 for the deadpool (something I agreed to cover).

BUBBLES, do you remember why that $5 went to Jasep on Sept 2? That also might have been for 22Q, since it was right around that time.

So it appears $155-160 was sent by me to Jasep (on behalf of others) for 22Q.

I think i won that money from a freeroll, and wanted to donate it to the 22Q. Jasep probably bought a hella bunch of ramen noodles or lotto tickets with it.

The $10 Druff alluded to above was deposited into the poker room. I took that & a couple stakes(ironically Jasep staked me in the Main Event that I won) & ran it up to $89 & transferred it to Jasep in the poker room to donate to the charity as was our deal, 100% to the charity.

The $125 was to buy into his Foxwoods BAP for 3.5%. He supposedly ran it up to over $225 & this was used to buy into Projekt Sep for my 4 shares. Ironically, this original $125 was from the Templar debacle of which Jasep helped make people whole. I had already written the Templar stuff off as bad debt so I was freerolling.

This money is obviously bad luck since it has been used twice in scams.

    Hockey Guy,

Wasn't a Blind Squirrel Apparel clothing pack part of the prize for winning the main event? If so did you receive it?

You're kidding right? Of course I didn't receive it. It was a running joke in radio chat because I didn't really care & would jokingly bust his balls about it every chance I got. I guess I should have seen it as a red flag but......well you know the rest of the story.

I'm all for a united plan, but why wait until the 6th? The day before he stopped answering e-mails/PMs, he PM'd me that he could get me my $103.25 refund via Paypal. ($100 bap money + LOL "profit"). When I sent the $100 via paypal, unfortunately I didn't tag it as "goods or services", so (apparently) I can't dispute it or charge it back.
