Through a family member I have access to a computer and address and credit card outside the US, so I want to set up an online sportsbook account. Can someone suggest one with good customer service, prompt cashouts, that takes deposits by credit card and is generally good to bet with?

I know you can do it inside the US but I am worried about there being a Black Friday for the online sportsbooks just like there was for the poker sites.Have you been under the impression that this was needed to set up a sportsbook account?
