according to my friend, who is a nurse, you want anything with Codeine.

That Cepacol always works for me, it tastes like fucking hell though.
If you're not on alcohol you have no one to blame but yourself. The codeine advice was good. Nytol will put your brain to sleep which will also do the trick.

and i just took the one w/ codeine. i don't think it's as strong as it once was, as my coughing, while improved has not subsided. i may need to take another teaspoon.
i wouldnt consult a doctor/pharmacist either

Some times when you cough it means you got so e stuff in your lungs that should come out so they can work.

5 yr old syrup, 2 advil and 2 sudafeds every 4 hours. = a numb like state and breathability.
I was under the impression taking expired medication was fine. Expiration dates are a scam to get you to throw things away and buy a new product.

The milk industry has been running this scam for years.
my wife had Broncitis for a month was on many different antibiotics, steroids and cough syrups including codine but nothing helped her cough until she tried Hylands DEFEND it's homieapothy and it started helping right away, the cough was gone in a few days
